you literally can’t fault the hotel. pristine, modern, lovely staff, secure parking, restaurant next door. super clean rooms. would highly recommend.

Shabby condition of the hotel!!! Inadequate hot water supply could be a dealbreaker!!! Small room size detracts from extended stays!!! Noise from the outside is unacceptable!!! Better maintenance of facilities is necessary!!!

The stay was just fine for a night, but there was no fridge in the room, which was a bummer. Chur to the staff for keeping our cheese in the bar fridge!

the hotel is super clean and modern, everything looks brand new and they keep it really tidy. free parking is a big plus and the breakfast was nice. That cappuccino was amazin. the staff is really pleasant and helps with whatever u need. overall, it was a 10/10 stay for us!

The place was perfect for a one-night stop on our way to Spain, right off the highway with secure parking that made us feel safe. Our kids really enjoyed having their own room on the same floor. The staff were incredibly accommodating, putting our cheese in their fridge when we found there wasn't one in our room. The breakfast was decent, and if you're looking for dinner, Chez Frank is just a short walk away.

It was just a commendable fit for a fleeting stay in Narbonne with excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me with a late checkout without any hassle. Bring a few snacks for the kitchenette since there are shops nearby.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness and modern design throughout the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette and large beds for comfort. Plus, the breakfast was decent, and I can't rave enough about the excellent cappuccino from the machine! it would be nice to have fridges in the rooms for personal snacks.
